Adullam House Christian Academy is located on a beautiful 12.5 acre plot of land approximately 5 miles northeast of the Adullam House campus (learn more about Adullam House here). The first wing of classrooms and gymnasium were completed in the spring of 2012. The students are taught using individualized, Christ-centered curriculum. Our class sizes remain small, enabling each child to receive individual attention.
The first and foremost goal of the teachers and staff at Adullam House Christian Academy is to lead and guide our students into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to equip them with the tools and knowledge necessary to become the young men and women Christ intended for them to be. Teachers pray daily for their students and nurture and encourage them to reach for the sky, instilling in each child the knowledge that ‘God has amazing plans for their lives’.
Students are taught by example to look out for each other, pray with each other, and respect each other. Godly character and loving kindness is admired. Scriptures are memorized and hymns are sung daily in order to fulfill God’s command in Deuteronomy 6:5-7, “5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
6And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:
7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
At AHCA we know that each student is unique in their talents and abilities. We strive to bring out the best in everyone of our children by engaging them in interactive lessons and reminding them ,”Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord” … Colossians 3:23.
